Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas

i filed bankruptcy about 6 months ago . i had a secured loan at a bank on a truck whick is a pile of junk. i have called them 3 times to come repo it and they wont they still keep saying it may not be worth halling off. im just woundering how long after a bankruptcy ch 7 is dishcharged do they have to pick up the trucks..

My concern for you would be.. .did you reaffirm the debt on the pu with the financial institution? Contact the attorney who filed your BR in order that they might amend your Petition to disaffirm the obligation to the bank or the bank may attempt to continue to collect the debt from you regardless of the condition of the vehicle.
