If you have filed chapter 13 and have lived in your new home for over 2 years, can you sell your home and buy another home in a different city?

The answer depends on many things, including but not limited to your individual circumstances, where you stand in your Chapter 13 Plan and whether the Trustee will allow the purchase-and-sale of homes while you are still in process with your Plan.
Contact the attorney who handled your Chapter 13 filing for you and ask him/her to negotiate the housing issue with the Trustee. If you did not have an attorney handle your Chapter 13 filing, hire one now to negotiate with the Trustee. You can probably get a referral if needed from your state or county bar association.
