Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas
bankruptcy
I received an answer to previous question can a creditor place a lien on my home after my bankruptcy is in affect. I did not understand the first part of the reply, that as long as I keep up with the cases and have a discharge, etc. Does that mean as long as I attended my 341 meeting and am officially in Chapter 13 making payments to the trustee? Thanks for the quick reply.
