Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas
bankruptcy - unsecured debt
I am married and i have several credit cards in my name only that are becoming too much to handle. Can i file bankruptcy on this unsecured debt without my husband filing and without including my vehicle?

You do not have to file with your husband, but both of your incomes have to be looked at to determine the means test. You must list all property you own, even if you want to keep it. As long as there isn't much equity and you are current on the loan, you should be able to keep the vehicle. Any debts that are owed jointly by your husband will still be owed by him if you file alone.
