Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas

chapter 13 bankruptcy

I am currently in bankruptcy, I make monthly payments to my trustee, and have not incurred any new debt or loans since my bankruptcy began...My question is, can one of the creditors named in the bankruptcy place a lien on my home.

Are they trying to do so? If so, you need to HIRE A LAWYER -- or use the lawyer who helped you with your bankruptcy filing and 341(a) meeting of creditors.
