Debts after bankruptcy

If you have failed to list a creditor when filing bankruptcy, should you let this creditor know that you have delcared bankruptcy?

Yes, you should let the creditor know. The outcome deends on whether or not it is a secured debt, whether or not you have already closed the case and been discharged.
