Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas
Is my home exempt?
I live in Arkansas. I have gotten myself in credit card debt to the amount of approximately $68,000.00. I would like to file bankruptcy, but I have concerns over losing my home. The home is completely paid for with no liens or mortgage aganst it. Will we be able to keep it?

You should take out an equity line of credit and cut up your credit cards.
