Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas
How long between bankruptcies
Somebody told me that you have to wait 7 years after you file bankruptcy. Is this true? If you filed bankruptcy can you file again in 3 yrs or not?

Re: How long between bankruptcies
It depends on what type BR you filed the first time. You can file Chapter 13 over and over again, with approval. Chapter 7, you do have to wait 6 years.
