Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas
motion for relief of stay
WaMu has filed for a motion for relief of stay. I have paid all of my house payments. Some have been late. I had no idea that they could try to take my home from me.
What can I do. I'm in Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Re: motion for relief of stay
You need to contact your bankruptcy attorney right away. If you have made all your payments they don't really have grounds to lift the stay, but if you've been late there may be late fees so you would want to find out what those are and get them paid.
