Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas
non-dischargeable judgment in chapter 7
We filed chapter 7 in November 2001 and I want to know what a non-dischargeable judgment is? We were builders and used three banks and two banks gave us no problem and one is wanting us to concent to a non-dischargable judgment in excess of $50,000.00. Does this mean pay that amount back? If so how do you ever get to start over when you loose everything threw chapter 7?
Thank you for your help.

You need to have this conversation with your bankruptcy attorney. That's why you hired him.
