Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas

repo

my wife and i have had both our cars repoed now the loan company has given the balance to a lawer to collect. what kind of bankruptcy should i file to stop them from taking our wages.

Either Chapter 7 or chapter 13 can work, if you do not make a lot of money a chapter 7 is the best way to go, but you really need to consult a local bankruptcy attorney about this.
