are spouses responisible for others debt
i filed chap 7, i am married. spouse never signed a credit card agreement. card was issued in her name. is she responsible for the credit card debt.

No signed credit card agreement
1. Look on the back of the credit card. A. If your wife signed the back of the credit card, she is liable on it (read the fine print). B. Read the fine print. If it says that use of the card signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions of the card issuer, AND if your wife used the card, she is liable.2. If your wife did not sign the back of the card and never used the card, she cannot be held liable on it. Whoever used it will be held liable.
