You didn't say what chapter you were in. The priorities start with secured creditors. I'm not sure what all creditors you are talking about. I would need more info to say who would get the first shot at any money or assets.

The family support question - Are you saying when you owe someone support or support for your family? There are set limits of assets you can protect or exempt in Bankruptcy.

You have asked a bunch of questions to which the answers are all "it depends". Books on the subject have been written, so this is not the place to get your answers. These questions can only be answered by sitting down with an Atty and talking the situation out in detail. If you were to come into my office with these questions, I can easially see an hour or so to analyze the problem and tell you what to do about it.
