How many times

If I have already filed chapter 7 how long is it before I can file chapter 13.

Not certain you understand the procedures. . .is this a 'self-help' filing? If u filed a Chapter 7 to liquidate all debt possible.. ..when did you file? Was it discharged successfully? When? One would file a Chapter 13 if there was sufficient future income to draw up a partial payment plan for outstanding debts.. ..you pay the Trustee. they pay the creditors.
