Legal Question in Business Law in Arkansas

I bought a motorcycle on 10/15/10 for a guy when i went to get tags i found out he had bought the bike from a used motorcycle dealer but never put it in his name. So he said just send it back to me and ill get it fixed. He tells me it will be 4-6 weeks to get a need title with his name on the front in from the state. Now its 5 months later he wont return my calls text or emails what can i do?? He lives 2 hours away. I do have a copy of the title front and back where he signed it over to me and a bill of sell. What can I do???

If the original seller signed as he should have, all you have to do is sign as the buyer. If you messed up the title, you'll have to file for lost or duplicate title and start over.
