Car Dealership
My husband owned Pruitts Motor Cars upon his death I recieved a life insurance Check of $20,000.00 when I took it to the bank the banker would not deposit for me stating he had to hold it because they took a loss on some cars what can I legally do

You will want to discuss this with an experienced probate attorney. It looks like the bank is attempting to subvert the probate process for any sort of claims they may have. The law generally does not permit this sort of self-help.
