Legal Question in Business Law in Arkansas
old employment resposibility
I recently left a job as a salesman. The other day, a company that is a competitor of my ex-company called and asked if I would be willing to tell them about the customers I had at my old company. They informed me that they would compensate me for my troubles. I don't have any documents to give them, but I have a ton of information in my head. Would I be in any legal trouble by ''selling'' this information to another company?

Re: old employment resposibility
Possibly. If you were a "key employee" or held any ownership interest in the company you may be held liable for passing trade secrets or critical information of the company. Be weary.
