Movie Theater / Broken Hand
Can I sue a movie theater for my 10 year old son, that broke his first metacarpral in his hand there? He hit it on the arm rest?

It is possible for a parent to sue for a minor child, in certain circumstaances. It is possible that, if the theater is at fault, that you may be able to sue them on behalf of your child.
