non compete clause
Seller signed clause for one city but went into bussiness less than 3 miles from me same type of bussiness,in different city.Since he is going by contract, but still is competing is there something legal to save me Thank you

What exactly does the noncompete clause say? That will determine whether the person is violating the terms of the original contract.
