Legal Question in Business Law in Arkansas

Non-Disclosure forms

I have a Product that my grandfather invented 50 years ago but he never patented it, a similar product was eventually patented and marketed by others I want to modernize and inprove on my grandfathers product and possibly eventually patent and market this product, The problem I currently have is there are components of the product that I need to consult with a seamstress to redesign/engineer which will result in the revealing of the majority of the product and concept to her and her licenced buisness will signing a Non-Disclosure statement protect me and my ideas at this point in its development. If not what do I need to do keeping in mind that at this time my financial resources are limited.
