Name removal from business
I need to know what is the quickest and least expensive way to remove my name from a business that my ex-husband owns. He was supposed to have my name removed and has not.

How is your name on the business? Is it a corporation? Are you a part owner? Are you just wanting your name off the stationery and signs? There are several types of name removals you could be talking about. A letter from your lawyer might do it if it is just a matter of your ex- removing your name.
