Legal Question in Business Law in Arkansas
Name of a small business
I am starting a small business and the name I want to use is ''I CARE In-Home Services'', but there is also a business with a similar name...''I Care of Arkansas. Although, the businesses are totally different can I legally use that name? Also, both of us refer to the company as ''I CARE''?

You should be able to use the name. You should contact the Secretary of State's office for assistance should their online system not allow you to select the name.
