Upon being suspended from a job, is your employer required to provide you with written documentation as to why you are being suspended?

In Tennessee, you are an employee at-will. This means that you can be suspended or terminated from any private employment for good, bad or no reason and with or without notice. This means that you can most likely be suspended without notice.
