Legal Question in Business Law in Arkansas
I had work for a inspection company for three years. I have accrued on the job training hours that were used to certify me in several different inspection methods. I'm no longer employed with this company. For me to hire on to another inspection company I must have those records to prove my certifications. Well my previous employer will not release those records. Are they legally allowed to do that? Can they withhold those records because I need them to work?
