Auto accident dispute

INSURED MORTOrIST CLAIMS PASSENGER IS SOMEWHAT AT FAULT CAUSING A DISPUTE WITH ANY KIND OF HELP FROM HIS INSURER. OVER A YEAR SHE HAS NO HELP IN MEDICAL OR any COMPENSATION. ACCIDENT LEFT HER WITH BROKEN NECK WITH SEVERAL OTHER IJURIES. SURGERY IS A MUST TO KEEP FROM Paralisias . is there a law that reqiures the insurance company to help in medical or daily expenses until they come to a settlement?

You may want to have an attorney talk to the insurance company, and/or the hospital/doctor. The doctor's office may be willing to put off payments, in certain cases, when they know there is a good chance they will get it later.

However, this is not a definite answer. It is usually a case by case matter. I would need more details to give you a better answer.
