Biometric time clocks
Can my company force me to clock in with a finger scan if it is against my Religous beliefs

It depends on a large number of things:
1. What type of religious practice/belief it violates.
2. Why they need to use that device.
3. Whether there is an alternative for them to use.
Generally, speaking you have protection from discrimination becasuse of your religious beliefs. You should consult with an attorney to look into your specific situation.

Don't know what the bible had to say about finger scans, but that doesn't seem to be a serious burden on or discrimination against any religious practice.
