Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arkansas
False Detention
If a person is falsely detain,or accused of shoplifting, and the accusor makes a mistake, even through the accusor detains the person in a closed room, can the accused person sue the store Wal Mart, for illegally stopping the accused outside of the store and forcing the accused to re-enter the store, investigates the accused, then say we are sorry, we made a mistake
