Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arkansas
Invasion of Privacy
Wondering if i were to post a video of people driving in the city would be illegal. Because it may show their face or liscense plate. DO i have to blur the plate and face? Can i still show the video long as those things are blurred?

Re: Invasion of Privacy
It would probably be best to blur out the face and license plat numbers of the subjects of the videos you are broadcasting. Of course, the precise answer depends a great deal on what kind of videos these are and why you are broadcasting them and in what manner. Before you do so, you should consult an attorney.
