Are POLYGRAPHS legal to give
My question is this:
Are employers in the state of Arkansas allowed to give employees polygraph tests?

It depends on a lot of things. Why did the employer want to give it? Did you object to the polygraph or did you go along with it? Is there anything about this in your employment contract? What about an employee handbook? Generally, a polygraph wouldn't be required but this isn't always the case. The employer may have put that it is required under certain circumstances as a condition of your employment.
