Response to Summary Judgement
I recently responded to a Defendant's motion for summary judgement, and would like to know how long does it take for a judge to make a decision on a Plaintiff's response to the defendan't motion?

Re: Response to Summary Judgement
Are you filing this pro se? In other words, without an attorney? If you are, you may need to let an attorney examine all the details of what we are discussing.
As far as how long it takes to get a judge's ruling, there is no set time. He or she will does not have a time limit that they have to stick with. The length and complexity of the MSJ and the response will dictate, as well as how busy the judge's docket is.
Be sure that you filed everything properly.
