Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arkansas

I work in a bank, and my question is is a buisness able to tell one employee to wear a certain type of shirt? I am more or less "blessed" in the chest area and am very aware of this. there for i do not wear low neck shirts. through out the day i am also continually checking to make sure my blouse is pulled up. today however i was told i may be required to wear a turtle neck to work form now on. i am the only employee who was told this. are they able to do this?

A dress code must be enforced uniformly across all employees within a given job description. However, an employer can take reasonable steps to insure modesty even within a code. If you're not overly exposed, then singling you out may be prohibited. Don't forget, Arkansas is an at-will employment state with an employer having the right to terminate no-contractual employees "at will".
