Legal Question in Technology Law in Arkansas

Christian Book Publisher printed my name and URL that is PORN

I wrote short narratives to help a friend who had a contract w/ a Christian Book Publishing company. At the end of at least one book my name, photo and website were printed. At the time, I did not know this website existed, did not own this website and was not made aware when it was to expire. I did not have a contract or any participation directly with this publisher and was not paid for my writing. The book(s) read ''visit her website at.....'' The website is HARD PORN. To make it worse, the website is my name and the girl on the home page looks like me. Do I have a case to sue this publishing company?

You will need to give more info. Did the christian company set up the porn web site, did it set up a site then lose the name to a porn site, did your friend set up the site. Send more info directly to my email.
