Legal Question in Construction Law in Arkansas
House being fixed by contractor
I have a contractor working on my house. He is fixing it up so I can sell it. Well, we signed a contract stating he will finish in 90 days. Well, it's been almost a year now and he is still not finished with the house. He says that he quoted me too low and he's having to use his money to complete the house (which he says he has a limited amount). Would I be able to sue him? Would I have to get an estimate of what hasn't been done and sue him to get that amount to complete the house? Please email me. Thank You
