Legal Question in Construction Law in Arkansas
I'm in the process of purchasing a new central a/c unit for my house. I have my EPA license that allows me to use and dispose of freon. I had a supplier tell me that, even though I have the EPA license, he can't sell me the unit unless I have a contractors license. I asked what law this was based on an he couldn't tell me. Can you give me advise on this issue?
