Legal Question in Construction Law in Arkansas
s incorporated
thinking about getting incorporated. does that mean that my personnal assets are safe from a lawsuit against the business? it's a contruction business.

If you incorporate your company, you will be able to protect your personal assets. However, there are several formalities that must be in place to ensure that your personal assets are protected. I would suggest that you visit with an attorney to guide you through the process.
