Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arkansas

I bought a bag of tyson chicken breast and warmed it up bag in all. Took out of bag and put chicken on tortilla shell took a bite and instant pain on bottom lip. Thought it was a bone. Ended up have to slowly pull it out. Was a small fish hook with red line through the eye of hook. I'm going to go get tetanus shot because it went into my lip. Called tyson they are sending me a 14 dollar coupon and want the fish hook. Legal advise
