Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arkansas
EFT payments
I have a recurring EFT for the same amount each month. The creditor has debited my account too early twice. The first time my account was overdrawn. I am unsure if this will be the case for the current transaction. I proposed to change payment methods. I was told I would be taken to court. What is my legal recourse?

Tell me you didn't give your bank info to a collection agency. If you did, change banks.
