Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arkansas
I live in Texarkana Arkansas and sold a car (as is) to a guy that lives in Texarkana texas. he had to have an inspection sticker for the car (don't have to in Arkansas) and it didn't pass inspection due to a cracked windshield. the mechanic also told him that it needed a new transmission, now he is wanting his money back. what should I do?
