Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arkansas
Place of Litigation
When an out of state sale occurs and a lawsuit is filed, in which state would the litigation take place? The state of the consumer/defendant is Pennsylvania and the state of the seller/plaintiff is Arkansas.

If the sale occurred with both parties in Arkansas then jurisdiction is most probably Arkansas. If the sale occurred by phone or by computer, with the plaintiff in PA, either state would have jurisdiction.
