Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arkansas

My ex girlfriend owes me over 700 dollars. I've tried contacting her, but she's blocked my calls and has even blocked me on the social sites. I tried calling her home, but she's moved. I still know where she works though. I have text messages saying that when she will pay me back and I also have some documents (money order forms) showing some of the money I sent. What do I have to do to sue her? Would I really stand a chance in Small Claims?
