Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arkansas

If I took a student loan out approximately 3 years ago for $10,000...and had a massive heart attack, and cannot pay back loan to a major desability recognized by US Social Security...what can happen, and what can they do?

Government could file suit, but, if you have no assets what can they collect???
