Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas

What to do if my 3 yr old grand-daughter states her 12 yr old half-brother inserted his finger into her body parts.

This is a difficult one. I'm sure many folks would advise some sort of formal investigation possibly involving law enforcement or the DHS. I might suggest you confront the boy. 12 year old boys are naturally curious. If in fact the event occured, he's probably in desparate need of a male role model and some sex education with all the attendant warnings and proper guidance.
