Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas
In Arkansas, if they arrest and charge a person with fraud and that person is found not guilty, can they turn around and arrest and charge a different person with the same thing?

Sure, if they have probable cause to think the second person is guilty. This can happen if the prosecutors decide the first defendant really was innocent after all, or if they believe the first and second defendants worked together. After all, many frauds result from cooperation between two or more people.
Bear in mind that the first defendant's acquittal doesn't mean the jury found him innocent. It only means they weren't convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that he was guilty.
