Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas
I'm blind, newly, and the executor of my mother's trust is reporting Schedule K passive income which I am not receiving, nor have I ever received any money. This is effecting my benefits and endangering my ability to get medication. Is it a crime or civil matter? The estate/trust are in AR, I'm in Texas with limited mobility or I would file an injuction pro se, but I'm unable to get to AR. Is it a crime that I can report to the polce in AR?

Not a crime, but you certainly have civil remedies available. Contact an attorney.
