Re: Breaking the law
First of all, you apparently need to hire an attorney. The attorey would find out if, in fact, there is any warrant outstanding, and if so what exactly the underlying charge is, what the bond is, and so forth. With this information you can make intelligent choices about what needs to be done next. Also, if there is another charge against you, you will probably need to report it to your probation officer as quickly as possible. Then, there may follow a motion by the probation officer to revoke your current probation. The results of this would depend in part upon the details of your sentencing. If you are located in the eastern part of the state, and if you are not already represented by legal counsel, you may call me for a free telephone consultation at 314-727-2822. I may be able to help you.
