two counts of class d felonies
what is the punishment in arkansas for selling sudafed to someone to be made into meth? it is the first offense/no prior record. the amount was somewhere close to $1600 of sudafed and actifed tablets.

Depends on what he is charged with. Class D is 0-6 & 10,000 fine
Class C is 4-10 & 15,000 fine
Class B is 5-20 & 15,000 fine
Class A is 6-30 & 15,000 fine
Class y is 10-40 or life
