Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas

criminal history

I was arrested back in 1999 with a felony charge but not convicted d/t charges dropped. If I get stopped by a police and my liscense run it comes back criminal history, will this always be on my record, or should it come up at all since I was not convicted?

It should be removed since you were not convicted. You should contact the Arkansas Crime Information Center and have them correct your report.
