Yes there are. But its difficult and she should not attempt it without an attorney. There is "actual" possession and "contructive" possession. She was arrested for constructive possession. If she can prove that she had no knowledge of the drugs, then she may have a defense. However, these are very difficult legal arguements and I stress the importance of retaining an attorney.
