Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas
Eyewitness testimony
A friend of my husbands was arrested with a stolen 4 wheeler and told the police that he got it from my husband. When my husband was questioned he told the police he knew nothing about it. There is no proof. But the friend and his wife are saying that it was purchased from my husband. My question is can my husband be arrested by their testimony alone?

Re: Eyewitness testimony
The short answer is yes, he can be arrested. Trial is another thing. It will depend on how the jury views the credibility of the witnesses and any other thing which the prosecutor brings before them.
