my husban atemped to rape my grandaughter and got 30 years can we out our family back together again and can he get out of the pen early if so how

You have one year from the date of his sentencng to ask for a sentence modification. After that, parole is the only option and that cannot happen until he has served 1/3 of his sentence. Do not miss that deadline. Good luck.
